ThreeSheet Privacy Policy Last updated: 08/18/2026 ThreeSheet ("the app") is a movie and TV ranking app. This page explains what information the app collects, how it's used, who can see it, and how you can delete it. Who runs this app ThreeSheet is developed by RankIt LLC. Contact: threesheetapp@gmail.com. Account creation You sign in using Sign in with Apple. Depending on the choice you make at sign-in, Apple may share your name and/or email address with the app — this is used only to create and identify your account. It is never shown to other users and never used for marketing. If you choose to hide your email from apps, Apple's private relay address is used instead and we never see your real one. What the app stores Account identity — a unique account ID created by Sign in with Apple, and your email address if Apple provided one. Profile info you provide — a display name and an optional short bio. Your ranked list — the movies and TV shows you've ranked, their order, and the tier each falls into. Content you write — tags, notes, and reviews you attach to a title. Ratings — per-title ratings across a few categories (writing, visuals, performances, and so on), if you choose to rate them. Social graph — who you follow, and (privately — see below) who you've blocked. Reports — if you report another member or a piece of content, that report and any details you add. The app does not collect your location, photos, contacts, health data, financial information, or browsing activity outside the app. It contains no advertising and uses no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs — the only code running in the app besides Apple's own frameworks is the client for our backend (Supabase). Movie and TV data Catalog information (titles, posters, genres, cast, crew) comes from The Movie Database (TMDB). Searches you make are relayed through our own server — TMDB never receives any of your account information, only the search text itself. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Who can see your data ThreeSheet is a social app. By default, other signed-in members can see: your display name and bio your ranked list, including tier placement and score tags, notes, and reviews you've written your per-title ratings who you follow If you block another member, the two of you are mutually hidden from each other's lists, ratings, and reviews, and any follow between you is removed. Blocking is private — nobody, including the person you block, can see who has blocked them. Reports you file are visible only to the developer, for reviewing reports of abuse or inappropriate content — never to the person you reported, and never to other members. We also publish aggregate, anonymized statistics (like a title's median score across everyone who's ranked it) — these are computed from many people's rankings and never single out one person's ballot. Who we share data with Apple — for Sign in with Apple. Supabase — our backend host, database, and authentication provider. See Supabase's privacy policy. TMDB — for movie/TV catalog data, as described above. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers. Deleting your account You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account, directly in the app. This immediately and permanently removes your account and everything tied to it — your ranked list, ratings, tags, reviews, follows, and any reports you've filed — from our servers. This cannot be undone. Signing out (without deleting) keeps your list on your device and your account on the server, so you can sign back in later. Children ThreeSheet is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
